I first got the travel bug while riding all over New England with my parents while growing up. This blossomed into bigger visions of what beach week could be for my Senior year, so I planned and coordinated for my entire senior class to go to Disney World for “Grad Week”. We all still talk about it today! After joining the Army and met my husband, who thankfully also has a passion for travel. The Military has brought us all over the US and the world, and we don’t just move to a new state, we explore it to the fullest. While stationed in FL for two years we visited Disney World just about every weekend for the two years that we were there. This was such a blessing for our young family of Disney Princesses at the time. Since then, we have been fortunate enough to cruise with Disney. As time goes by and the kids get older, we seem to be a house divided in love for all things Disney and Universal Studios, Princesses and Star Wars vs. the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

Amazing 20th Anniversary on Virgin Voyages!

From the clean, streamlined terminal full of comfy couches and hammocks, to the gorgeous, modern ship, Virgin Voyages is quite an experience! The absolute smoothest/quickest/easiest embarkation we’ve ever had cruising! We also love the wrist bands as opposed to the typical cards you must keep track of. We had the Splash of Romance package which gave us some added perks throughout our trip, including a few bottomless cocktail hours and a shake for champagne, where you open the app, shake your phone, and they find you wherever you are on board! The Scarlet Lady hosts a “Scarlet night” party which was fun! The shows we saw were phenomenal, the music throughout the ship was fantastic, and we enjoyed eating, a lot! There were hammocks on our personal balconies, we enjoyed ours often! So many different kinds of people on board, and all so nice! Everyone was there to simply have a good time! A completely different cruise experience from our past adventures, one we thoroughly enjoyed!

Pre-Christmas Cruise
